I would highly recommend this choo choo loop! Our daughters are 6 and 2 and it is amazing how such a simple toy can keep the attention of children so long but it is a great toy. We especially like putting the train in the loop and letting it roll all over the house.. just like a hamster in a ball.. pretty funny! It is kinda hard to snap the pieces together but that is simply because the connection is nice and sturdy and you can easily twist for the roller coaster effect. Great toy

I got this train for my daughter when she turned 1 year old. It's been lots of fun, assembling the track in a circle or wave, then letting the train run. She's almost 2 now, and she's lost interest in running the train on the track, but she still loves letting the train run along the floor. It will go and go, hit a wall, then reverse, go and go, hit another wall and go forward again. It's entertaining to watch, fun to play with.

I wish it had either a "sound off" feature, or an auto off. It's pretty loud, and there is no volume control. My daughter will play a while, lose interest, and leave it running. It'll just keep going, making whistle and chugga chugga racket as long as the batteries last.

Happy with the purchase, daughter has enjoyed it.
