The train has three different ways for baby to light up the digital display and activate fun learning content, music and sound effects. In Learning mode, baby can bat at the roller ball on top of the train to activate two songs, press the smokestack to go through the alphabet letter by letter or push the train along for fun phrases and the ABC song. In Music mode, the roller has 2 songs that teach baby about first words. The smokestack offers fun music and train sound effects. And baby can hear a fun song as he pushes the train along. Customer Reviews

Just got it the other day and my son is enjoying it. Lots of neat things happen when he just moves it around and the songs/sounds don't get on your last nerve after a while, unlike other sound related toys. They came through on this one when they made it.

My son received this as a gift when he was 6 months old and it was his absolute favorite toy for several months. He would get SO excited when he saw it and it entertained him for longish periods (for a baby) of time. Now he is 11 months old now, and the toy has not run out of steam so to speak :) He still enjoys playing with it every day, and rather than just pressing the buttons he likes to push it all around the house.
